Entrepreneur · CEO · Dubai, UAE
I'm Shishir — founder and CEO of Census Travel and Tourism LLC and PrimePath HR Services LLC. I believe great businesses are built by lifting people higher.
About Me
Every meaningful journey begins with a decision. Mine was the decision to build — not just companies, but opportunities for people.
Today, from Dubai — one of the world's great crossroads of culture and commerce — I lead two businesses with one shared purpose. Census Travel and Tourism LLC helps people discover the world, creating journeys that open minds and build memories. PrimePath HR Services LLC helps people discover their potential, connecting talent with opportunity across the UAE and beyond.
My approach to business is shaped by the teachers who shaped me — Bob Proctor, Stephen Covey, and John Assaraf. From them I learned that success is not an accident; it is the result of vision, disciplined habits, and an unshakeable belief in what is possible.
My vision is simple: to build businesses that serve people, and to share what I learn along the way — so that others in the UAE and beyond can rise with me.
Every client, every employee, every partner — treated with honesty and respect. Reputation is built in years and protected daily.
Profit follows purpose. When we genuinely serve people — travellers, job-seekers, teams — growth takes care of itself.
The day we stop learning is the day we stop leading. I invest in my own development so I can invest in others.
Dreaming big is the start. Showing up with discipline, every day, is what turns vision into reality.

Thoughts
Mindset
Bob Proctor taught me that the size of your results never exceeds the size of your thinking. Here is how I apply that lesson every morning in Dubai...
Most people try to change their results by working harder. But results are only the last step of a chain that starts much earlier — in the mind. Change the thought, and the actions change. Change the actions, and the results follow.
Every morning before I open a single email, I spend ten minutes on my goals. Not reading them — seeing them. Census Travel serving thousands of happy travellers. PrimePath placing people in careers that change their families' futures. This is not daydreaming; it is programming.
If your business has plateaued, do not first ask "what should I do differently?" Ask "what am I believing about what is possible?" The ceiling is almost never in the market. It is in the mind. Raise the image, and the results will rise to meet it.
Leadership
Stephen Covey drew a line I think about daily: you manage things, but you lead people. Running two companies taught me the difference the hard way...
Early on, I treated everything like a system to optimise — bookings, contracts, and yes, sometimes people. It worked on paper and failed in spirit. People can tell when they are being managed like inventory.
The shift came when I started asking my teams a different question. Not "did you finish the task?" but "what do you need from me to do your best work?" Trust went up. And here is the surprise — so did performance, without me pushing.
In Dubai's fast market it is tempting to lead by speed and pressure. But pressure produces compliance; purpose produces commitment. Give your people a why, give them trust, and then get out of their way. That is the whole secret, and it took me years to learn it.
Travel
In the travel business, I have watched thousands of people return from journeys changed. Travel is not an expense — it is education that no classroom can match...
I have seen a nervous first-time traveller come back from Europe standing taller. I have seen families reconnect on a Maldives beach after years of busy distance. No spreadsheet captures this return on investment, but it is the most real one I know.
Travel does three things to you. It humbles you — the world is bigger than your routine. It educates you — you learn more about people in one souk or one train ride than in ten books. And it renews you — you come home with new eyes for old problems.
My advice, from someone who sells travel for a living: do not wait for the perfect time or the perfect budget. Start near, start small, but start. The journeys you delay become the regrets you keep.
